In the new season's V-League, foreign players also have 'Old Hall' and 'Myeonggwan'

In the new season's V-League, a number of foreign players with "familiar" faces are expected to play an active role.

The Korea Volleyball Federation (KOVO) announced on the morning of the 9th (Korea Standard Time) that the men's Hyundai Capital, copyright, KB Insurance and the women's IBK Industrial Bank renewed their contracts with existing players in the foreign player tryout and draft in Istanbul, Turkiye.

As a result, five of the 14 men's and women's teams in the V League will work with foreign players again next season, following GS Caltex, the women's team that re-signed Gisele Silva early after the end of the season. 안전놀이터

V-League teams continued to give preference to V-League experience in selecting foreign players, following the selection of players who have experienced V-League, with five renewing contracts in the previous Asian quarter draft.

Hyundai Capital aims to win the title once again with Leo from Cuba who is proven to be a foreign player in the V-League, while copyright has opted to accompany Russell, who was with him in the postseason. KB Insurance also renewed its contract with Villena, who showed excellent performance last season, instead of hiring new players.

Leo will mark his eighth season in the V-League, and Villena and Russell will also play in the 6th and 4th V-League respectively.

In the women's division, IBK Industrial Bank of Korea joined hands with Victoria again. Victoria ranked second in the women's division after Silva last season when she debuted in the V-League.

Excluding the five teams that have renewed their contracts with foreign players, the remaining nine teams will confirm foreign players for the new season in the draft, which will be held during the day on the 9th.
